Get active with the Fyffes Fittest School competition! Follow the path of warm-ups, workouts, challenges, and cool-downs to earn banana points and power up your fitness journey! A lesson plan for each week will be available to download below. There are videos for each step and exercise for the week below for you and your class to follow.

After warming up, we will get started with the Fit Blitz exercises. A new Fit Blitz plan will be available to view each week during the campaign.
For Minute Madness we are going to exercise for 30 seconds and have 30 seconds rest. Every minute you begin again and try to get as many rounds in as possible in the 30 seconds. A new set of Minute Madness exercises will be posted here every week.
There will be new challenges posted here every second week. Complete the challenge and earn points.
The aim of the Team Building exercises is to complete a fun team game that involves running and some exercises.
After all that exercise, it's important to cool down to help bring your heart rate and breathing down.
